I come here all the time for lunch break although I must admit service is lacking. I think the one thing about balance that’s missing is the interactions with guest kiosks are favorable to some but overall it’s frustrating having that as the only option. I think a line would be amazing. Besides that as a vegan they have tons of options which is awesome but it’s frustrating getting charged extra for more veggies especially when it’s a dollar charge for sesame seeds not only that I seen a shirt that were offensive to me the other day claiming veggies weren’t a side… not really ideal to make fun of a certain customer basis just makes them feel awkward when they favor certain things. Overall the potential of balance is huge I truly think they could benefit from the things i mentioned and maybe keep a distance from rage baiting customers

I was heading to another place for lunch, however, I observed a sign in the window at Balance Pan-Asian Grille showing a honey butter chicken dish. That made me change my mind and stop in here. And it did not disappoint! I was greeted the moment I walked in. Ordering on the kiosk was a breeze. The honey butter chicken rice bowl was phenomenal! Sadly, I was informed that it was the last day for it. I hope they bring it back soon. I like the healthy options available. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Toledo.

Order via Door Dash and I was faced with a breaking chicken bone batter thinking it was crispy chicken. This broke my back molar. While their food is delicious and I never had anything like this happened to me before. I am lost for words. Please double check your food for no one wants broken teeth or choking hazard.

It's fantastic. I had the Bombay style tacos with tofu, they were spicy and delicious. I highly recommend the tofu. I also had nachos, they were pretty good. They grow most, if not all, their own greens; this place is so cool!

Bang Bang Tacos was delicious as well Bubble Tea. Location great. Graffiti murals excellent. The staff was lacking very lackluster to say the least.
